USED / GRADED SPEEDHEATER COBRA
Save by choosing a used, inspected, and fully functional Speedheater Cobra. Every used Cobra has been cleaned, tested, and inspected to make sure it performs as it should.
Our grading system is based only on cosmetic condition — not performance. Cosmetic differences may include discoloration of the metal, staining, spots, scratches, or marks left from previous use and baked-on paint.
RENTING? PLEASE READ BEFORE SELECTING YOUR GRADE
If you are renting the Cobra and know you plan to return it, please select GRADE F.
Grade F units are our previously rented units and are specifically intended for customers who simply need a Cobra for a short-term project. They may show significant cosmetic signs of previous use, but they have been inspected and tested and perform as they should.
If you are trying the Cobra and there is a possibility you may decide to keep it, we recommend choosing Grade A, B, or C.
Grades A–C offer a better cosmetic appearance and are a good choice when you want the flexibility to rent the Cobra initially but may decide to keep it after using it.
HOW THE GRADING WORKS
Grade A: Best cosmetic condition among our used units. May show very minor signs of previous handling or use.
Grade B: Good cosmetic condition with some visible signs of previous use.
Grade C: More noticeable cosmetic wear, discoloration, spots, or marks, while remaining fully functional.
Grade F: Previously rented units with significant cosmetic signs of use. Best choice for straight-up rentals when you intend to return the unit.
Regardless of grade, all units are inspected and tested for proper operation. The grade reflects cosmetic appearance only and does not represent the unit’s performance.
WARRANTY
Used Cobras include:
1-Year Warranty for Homeowners
6-Month Warranty for Professional Users
These are the same warranty periods provided with a new unit.
IMPORTANT
If you select a used Cobra for rental and later decide to keep it, the used-unit price for the grade you selected is the purchase price. You will not be converted to or charged the price of a new Cobra.
For customers who know from the beginning that they will return the Cobra after their project, Grade F is the appropriate and most economical choice.

The machine works amazingly fast. Once I learned how long to heat the paint and how hard to scrape, it was so easy. I hated chemicals.
