If you purchased your Speedheater™ from Eco-Strip and are experiencing a problem, please contact us first. Our team is happy to assist with troubleshooting, warranty information, and determining the appropriate next step.

Some issues may be resolved without sending your unit for repair. To help us understand the problem, we may ask for your order information, photos of the unit, and a brief description of the issue.

Important Safety Information

If your Speedheater™ has a broken bulb, damaged electrical components, or another condition that may make it unsafe to operate, discontinue use and contact us.

Do not attempt to disassemble or repair internal components yourself. Unauthorized repairs or modifications may affect applicable manufacturer warranty coverage and may present safety risks.
