Renting is an excellent way to see if our infrared paint removers will be effective for your projects
Our first question for you is, why do you want to rent?
Typically, people rent for a couple of reasons. First, they have a small project and need a unit for only a short period. Second, they’re uncertain about the results and want the option to return the unit if they’re not satisfied.
Depending on your answer, we will send you a used unit or a new one.
HOW DO RENTALS WORK?
The first thing you have to do is order a unit. You can order through our Website or call us. If you order through our website,
you must leave a note at Checkout in the NOTES box that you intend only to rent the unit for a short period of time and return it. We will ship you a used unit. If you are testing the unit and MAY return it, we will ship you a new unit. No NOTE is required for this option. Once your order is received, we will send you instructions via e-mail on how to clean and repack the unit if you are returning it.
The money you pay for the unit will act as a deposit. The “CLOCK” for rentals or returns starts the DAY AFTER you receive the unit and ends the day you CALL US saying you are returning the unit. The cost is $30 per day for a minimum of 3 days. You must call us to stop the “clock.” You repackage and ship the unit back to us.
As soon as we receive your returned package to our warehouse, the unit is inspected looking for full functioning and full cleaning and no abuse. There will be surcharges if the unit comes back dirty. If everything goes well with the inspection, we send your refund. The refund amount is the initial deposit minus the charge for the days you had the unit (a minimum of 3 days), and any shipping costs we incurred (and surcharges if cleaning or repairs are needed. )
