Description
SharkGrip prybars are the thinnest prybars (A) on the market. The tool is a combination prybar/ nail puller, and it is great for prying off molding with virtually no damage to the wall or the molding itself. The super-thin design allows it to slide into the narrowest spaces imaginable. It is perfect for aligning windows and doors during installation, removing carpet strips and staples, and even doubles as a multipurpose scraper, which is great for stripping away old paint and smoothing rough surfaces.
Both the SharkGrip nail pullers and prybars can be re sharpened, and burrs removed, with a fine quality steel file.
All SharkGrip nail pullers and prybars are forged from the finest heat-treated Chrome Vanadium alloy steel; the nail-pulling and prying ends (A, B & C) are double tempered for added strength. The pulling end, “V”(C) is hand-finished for accuracy, then hardened to Rockwell 50-52 hardness. The resulting tool is so strong, it can even bite into case hardened and stainless steel nails or gun nails. The underside of the puller is curved, a unique Japanese design) (D), so it easily slides under the head of an imbedded nail or onto the shank of a headless one. The back of the puller (E) is designed to double as a striking head for your hammer, to make this operation even more manageable.
